Tron engagements run in three phases, designed to de-risk delivery and compound value:

• Phase 1 - Strategic Roadmap (2 weeks). Deep discovery across your workflows, data, and goals. You walk away with a concrete AI roadmap, prioritised use cases, and a system architecture.
• Phase 2 - MVP Build (2 months). We build and deploy the first production system end-to-end. Real users, real data, real outcomes.
